As a virtual care services, we do not deal with emergencies that require immediate assistance or legal assistance:
A few examples are: Vaginal or penile bleeding, rape and sexual abuse cases, and if you diagnosed with HIV and need treatment for that.
Fortunately, those conditions are not that common.
Please note that we reserve the right to refund your payment if the doctor decides that you need an in person medical examination at the office for the issue you have, or if the problem is beyond the scope of our practice.
